  16. When is the problem with scaling rotated items likely to be fixed?

  18. At present I find that if I try to scale something with the mouse that I have rotated it moves around all over the place.  Often its bounding box no longer reflects its true edge either so that when printing (non-postscript only) the item may be cropped strangely.
